Konto löschenDelete Account

Du kannst dein Spielekonto und alle damit verbundenen Daten jederzeit vollständig löschen. Entweder direkt in der App oder, falls du die App nicht mehr installiert hast, per E-Mail.

Weg 1: Direkt in der App

  1. Melde dich mit deinem Konto an.
  2. Tippe im Hauptmenü auf das Zahnrad-Symbol oben links.
  3. Wähle im Menü den Punkt „Spielekonto löschen“.
  4. Bestätige die Löschung deiner Daten.
  5. Falls es nicht sofort klappt, melde dich bitte erneut an und versuche es noch einmal.

Weg 2: Per E-Mail, ohne App

Schreibe uns eine E-Mail an support@playcation-studio.de mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“ und gib darin deinen Spielernamen an.

Wichtig: Die E-Mail muss von der Adresse gesendet werden, die in deinem Skillduell-Konto hinterlegt ist. Nur so können wir prüfen, dass die Anfrage wirklich von dir stammt. Wir löschen dein Konto dann innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir die Löschung per E-Mail.

Gastkonten ohne hinterlegte E-Mail-Adresse können aus Sicherheitsgründen nur direkt in der App gelöscht werden.

Mit der Löschung werden dein Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten (Spielername, Spielstände, Match-Verläufe, Bestenlisten-Einträge) vollständig aus unseren Systemen entfernt.

Käufe und Abos

Das Löschen deines Kontos kündigt kein Abo. Abos laufen über den jeweiligen App-Store und werden weiter abgerechnet, bis du sie dort kündigst. Kündige ein laufendes Abo deshalb in den Einstellungen deines Apple- bzw. Google-Kontos.

Käufe und Abo-Vorteile sind an dein Skillduell-Konto gebunden und gehen mit der Löschung verloren. Kaufbelege verbleiben beim Store-Betreiber.

You can delete your game account and all associated data completely at any time, either directly in the app or by email if you no longer have the app installed.

Option 1: Directly in the app

  1. Sign in with your account.
  2. In the main menu, tap the gear icon at the top left.
  3. Select “Delete Account” in the menu.
  4. Confirm the deletion of your data.
  5. If it doesn’t work right away, please sign in again and try once more.

Option 2: By email, without the app

Send an email to support@playcation-studio.de with the subject “Delete account” and include your player name.

Important: The email must be sent from the address stored in your Skillduell account. This is the only way we can verify that the request really comes from you. We will then delete your account within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.

For security reasons, guest accounts without a stored email address can only be deleted directly in the app.

Deleting your account completely removes your account and all associated data (player name, game progress, match history, leaderboard entries) from our systems.

Purchases and subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions run through the respective app store and continue to be billed until you cancel them there. So please cancel any active subscription in your Apple or Google account settings.

Purchases and subscription benefits are tied to your Skillduell account and are lost when it is deleted. Purchase receipts remain with the store operator.
